  • Which payment methods are accepted?

Regardless of your currency and location, we are able to accept payments through credit card and PayPal.


  • What currency are the prices displayed in?

    Although prices are calculated is $ USD, our system adapts to show prices in your local currency according to the best exchange rate provided in real-time.


    • What are your shipping options and how long will it take?

    All of our products include FREE global shipping. 

    Once your order is complete, it takes between 1 - 5 business days to be processed and have it ready for shipping.

    Depending on your location, the item will be shipped from the closest of our 3 warehouses.

    In case the item is out of stock in our United States or European facilities, it will be shipped directly from our main fulfillment center in China where we hold a large amount of inventory.

    Please expect 1 - 3 weeks after processing your order for order delivery depending on your location and shipping option.


    • How do I know if my order has been shipped?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your corresponding tracking number.

    • I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?

    Not really, due to the different holidays and seasons across the world, it's possible that some orders may take longer than usual.

    • What is your refund/exchange policy?

    Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can offer you a refund or exchange.

    In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

    All items bought on sale can't be refunded.
